We are competitive with prices from £150 - half that of nationwide franchise companies as we are an independent family run service!



We source fertile hatching eggs for you, provide full hands-on support throughout as well as an easy view brooder to keep chicks in for their first few weeks of life.

Welfare of our animals as paramount and we will always home chicks to be raised by ourselves and not 'disposed of'. Should you wish to keep chicks, this must be arranged responsibly in advance, providing you have suitable equipment and housing.

Eggs are set in the incubator on a Wednesday so that chicks hatch mid-week allowing pupils the chance to see them hatch.
We can hatch autosexing breeds such as Cream Legbar, where male and female chicks are different colours at hatch; useful for KS3 and KS4 topics learning about Genetics.

Suitable for all ages and Key Stages, from Reception all the way through to Sixth Form and A Level students. Also available for homeschooling for those who home educate.

We are able to provide educational materials such as hatching guide, incubation sheets and books, and candling lamps to look at fertility the development of embryos, along with brooders and heat lamps for chicks.

Several plans available for schools with a choice of 7, 10 or 20 egg incubators.
